NEW 60 MILLION MORLEY CONVENTRY SQUARE MARKETS
Title:
New $60 million Morley Conventry Square Markets
Description
One of the biggest local tourism precincts built since Hillarys Boat Harbour will open in Morley within 12 months after the City of Bayswater approved the $60m Coventry Square markets.
The markest will be comparable to Melbourne's Queen Victoria Markets and bigger than Fremantle markets and will feature the biggest range of fresh produce in Perth, gourmet foods and more than 150 speciality stores for the latest fashion, local arts and crafts and homewares.
The development will include a micro-brewery and stores such as fresh fruit and vegetables, bakery, butcher, seafood, organic produce, ice-creamery, organic beauty products, fashion and Egyptian artefacts.
A big alfresco area would feature cafes and restaurants and a large public square fronting Walter Road would have fountains and a dramatic water wall.
