City of Gosnells rezoning parks to residential land

City of Gosnells Amendment No.140 proposes to rezone the following land from ‘Local Open Space’ reserve to the ‘Residential’ zone, with a residential density coding as indicated:

• Simms Park, Miller Street, Maddington (R20/R30)
• Berry Court Reserve, Maddington (R30)
• Willow Way Reserve, Maddington (R30)
• Lowth Road Three Reserve, Beckenham (R20/R25)
